Chris provides leadership and guidance in the areas of strategy, brand, marketing, digital, and change management to hospitals and health systems across the country. Before joining ReviveHealth, Chris was the owner and lead strategist of Interval, a Minneapolis-based healthcare marketing firm he founded in 1995.
Chris has authored six books, including the 2011 book, Joe Public Doesn’t Care About Your Hospital, which became a field guide for driving transformation in hospital marketing departments across the country. His latest books include The Gospel of Growth (2020) and, Joe Public III: The End of Hospital Marketing, (2018), which celebrates the industry’s latest achievements and presents six “New Imperatives” for health system marketing success. Chris is a frequent keynote speaker and featured presenter on the healthcare marketing and branding and has authored a popular blog and numerous articles and papers.
