Virginia Cochran

As Account Supervisor within the Issues/Crisis department, Virginia serves as the day-to-day steward of the agency-client relationship. To this end, she manages account planning, budgeting, implementation, and reporting; is responsible for driving engagements toward on-time and on-strategy completion of program deliverables and commitments; and serves as the daily go-to person on operational direction, tactical challenges, priority alignment, and client relations support. Since joining the department in 2016, she’s managed more than 50 client engagements, the vast majority centered on payor/provider negotiations.
