We fielded a new survey this week, asking questions about how much consumers want to hear from hospitals and what they hope to hear from you, as communicators.
And we’re going to keep tracking these things in the coming weeks, because consumer preferences are continually changing.
The survey findings at a glance:
- Hospitals, health systems, and physicians are still the most trusted source of information about the impact of COVID-19 on communities, but consumers want more from them.
- We saw a 13% spike in virtual care/telehealth awareness in two weeks.
- 70% of consumers still don’t have enough information about how to get tested.
