The Position: 

We are looking for an Account-Based Marketing Specialist to help define and drive the activation of our target nurturing program. The ideal candidate has a passion for account-based marketing, with experience identifying key new business targets and initiating a program cadence that helps guide targets toward ReviveHealth on a long sales cycle. She or he will be a crucial member of our Business Strategy & Growth department, helping ensure that all of our content, marketing, and outreach efforts focus on the most qualified, exciting targets.

The Account-Based Marketing Specialist will work closely with senior executives and key subject matter experts across the agency to equip them with the content, structure, and support they need to move our targets from conversations to action. She or he will also support in inbound opportunity management, vetting prospective clients and transitioning viable opportunities to the right person in the agency. This role must have experience in an agency setting, show a strong interest in the healthcare industry, and be willing and able to keep close tabs on how changing trends affect our client segmentation and targeting imperatives.

The Responsibilities:

  • Monitor external lists, industry news, and broad trends to maintain accurate and up-to-date target lists.

  • Own the account-based marketing cadence for high-value targets.

  • Develop and run high-touch campaigns including direct-mail campaigns, targeted news-jacking touchpoints, or event-centered outreach.

  • Keep tabs on warm leads from key events or direct mail campaigns, drive follow-up, and manage SME follow-up as appropriate.

  • Vet inbound leads and route to SMEs when qualified.

  • Help build and monitor a segmented email drip program that engages our mid-tier targets with valuable content.

  • Aid in and inform the development of valuable resources and content that helps fuel target nurturing.

  • Advise on the growth strategy of the firm as learnings and intelligence arise as a result of target management.

The Essentials:

  • 2+ years of experience marketing/selling to an audience that buys on a long sales cycle (1-5 years)

  • 1+ years of experience working at a marketing, communications, and/or advertising agency.

  • Self-starting attitude with no reservations for holding senior-level staff to an outreach plan.

  • Experience working with a CRM tool (Salesforce preferred)

  • Strategy-first and results-driven mindset, with the ability to think critically about which outreach tactics will and won’t yield results

  • Ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational dynamics

  • Natural curiosity and excitement to stay abreast of the latest marketing technology trends and best practices

  • Ability to think outside of the box

  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of tasks
